About the property
The villa with authentic stone walls is built in an elevated position and overlooks the countryside. It is absolute calm and yet very central towards Cannes (motorway at 10-15 mins from the villa) and Grasse (10 mins by car). The villa is surrounded by beautifully laid out terraced gardens with 400 different type of roses, a vegetable garden, lots of flower pots, shrubs and trees. It has 4 different terraces for outside meals or relaxing and a jeu de boules court below. It is furbished to a high standard and has all modern appliances (WiFi internet, flat screen TV's with satellite, grill on gaz, air conditioning). Pool with pool terrace and sun loungers where one can enjoy the beautiful views. There are many lights in the garden to enjoy long summer evenings outside. The shopping centre of Pégomas village is at less than 2 km's drive from the villa.
Outside the property
The private pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has Roman steps for entrance. The pool is surrounded by pool terrace with sun loungers, a covered terrace for outside meals (adjacent to the living room) and a second covered terrace with outside dining facilities. On the first covered terrace a large wooden dining table with chairs and one the second a wrought iron dining table and chairs. One level up is the vegetable garden with a terrace with sitting area. From all levels one can enjoy the wonderful views over the countryside.
The gardens offer a wide variety of roses (400!), buxus plants, flower pots, many different shrubs, trees and flower beds. Our guests can profit from the home-grown tomatoes, salads, beans and other from the vegetable garden.

The closest sandy beaches are in Mandelieu / Theoule at 7 kms from the villa.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Grasse at 20 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Nice. We recommend the hire of a car. From Nice airport it is appr 40 mins drive to the villa over the A8 motorway direction Cannes. Getting off at Cannes and taking the fast route towards Grasse.
Distances
The nearest shopping centre with a supermarket, butchery, wine shop, bakery, hair dresser and other is at less than 2 kms (less than 5 mins drive) from the villa at Pégomas village.
The village of Grasse is at 10 mins drive from the villa.
Also easy acces to Cannes over the fast route......10 mins!
