About the property
Our lovely studio suite apartments have been remodeled in January of 2009 and are specially desigend to provide our guests all the comforts for an enjoyable vacation. Here you will enjoy the perfect combination of contemporary and old design, inspired by lavish colours and textures rooted in the traditional Dubrovnik genteel style evoking a sense of past times. We have 2 side by side studios which can be reserved together for a larger party.
Inside the property
Each of our studio suites are private and contain a king or queen size bed, large living room - dining combo, fully equipped kitchen ( refirgerator, cook top, utensils, ccokware, tableware) and bathroom with shower.
Outside the property
The suites are located in a completely redecorated building dating from 1700's and are exquisitely elegant and comfortably sophisticated. Just 70 meters from the prominade strip PLACA (a.k.a STRADUN) lined with 13th-17th century limestone buildings, with several medival, rennassaunce / gothic churches, restuarants, terraced caffes, shops, museums. At one end of the PLACA is the Pile Gate where you can visit the Onofrio fountain, walk the fortress walls, stroll through the Franciscian monastary with a centuries old preserved pharmacy. At the other end is the famous clock tower, Orlando monument, Sponza Palace museum, Rectors palace, St Blaise churh, the catherdral, the Dominican monestary, old town port which offers a fascinating Mediteraininan ambient to the Porporela, speciallty restauants, and ferry excursions to the islands. The cobble stoned side streets offers several amazing picture perfect scenery
150- 300 meters from our apts, there are 4 local beaches/swimming spots. One is called Buza which is the only swimming spot in the Old Town and directly outside the old town are 3 other beaches that provide a wide variety of watersport rentals, fabulous views of the old town fortress, including Lovrijenac. The Banje beach is one of the most popular ones that has been rated #3 best beach in Europe.
About the local area
The Old Town of Dubrovnik in a pedesrian only town, no cars are allowed inside the walled fortress. It has a rich centuries old past of history and culture that provides all it's tourists/guests with lots amazing monuments, museums, churches, monestarrys, palaces and activities for fulfilled holiday. Walk to 3 local beaches and enjoy all types of watersports.
Traveling to the property
The Dubrovnik airport is just 18 km from the Old Town and has frequent buses or taxi services that will bring you to the old town. We also provide airport pick up and drop off at an additional cost and will escort you to the accommodations.
The main ferry port and main bus station is just 1.5 km form the old town and local buses will bring you to the old town.
