Athina Luxury Villas is a complex of three luxury villas that have been built on the highest point of a traditional little village, Xamoudochori,in an extraordinary natural environment of 6 acres ,surrounded by lavish greenery, close to the tourist resort of Platanias in the picturesque city of Chania.

Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 7 persons in their wonderful, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail. They have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, CD-player, PC (24-hour internet access), dishwasher, washing machine as well as a safe.
Each villa has a large master bathroom with jacuzzi, where the visitors can relax under the candlelight, also a spare WC with shower on the ground floor. In there you will find bathrobes, slippers, luxury cosmetics as well as hairdryer.
Each villa has its own private pool, a barbecue, lavish gardens and large verandas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view.

Kissos Villa accommodates between 2 and 5 people as it has a bedroom with a large double-bed, another one with two single beds and a wooden attic with a twin bed. Wood and expensive textiles characterize the decoration which will surely amaze you. Gauzy mosquito nets, handmade mirrors and exquisite furniture help you feel just like home. The impressive bathroom with the Jacuzzi is in blue so that your spirit can relax.
In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker, also a spacious livingroom with a diningtable for 8.
Myrtia Villa accommodates between 2 and 7 people as it has a bedroom with a large double-bed, another one with two single beds and a wooden attic with a twin bed. Furniture made of iron and expensive textiles characterize the decoration, which will surely amaze you. Gauzy mosquito nets, handmade mirrors and romantic details make your forget all your trouble and travel miles away�The impressive bathroom with the Jacuzzi is made of honey granite that loosens you up and promises unique moments of relaxation. Fill up your bathtub with perfumed salts and forget everything else.
The living room has a big table for six in order for you to enjoy your dinner, there is a comfortable sofa and large cushions on the floor in front of the fireplace. Rodia Villa is a luxurious construction that offers unique services and conveniences to its guests. The villa has a private pool, a stone barbecue & spacious sitting areas around the pool as well as a wooden kiosque with a large table and benches for evening moments of relaxation with view to the ocean.
The villa has been decorated with exquisite lavishness and apart from the central heating system offering hot water all through the day, is also fully air-conditioned and has two beautiful fireplaces made of stone, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The wooden floor and the beautiful stairs that prevail in the three-storey villa, together with the wooden furniture, complete the magnificent decoration.
The villa accommodates between 2 and 4 persons in its spacious areas. In the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four, a satellite TV, DVD-player, CD-player and a specially designed corner with a personal computer and fax machine, serving as a small home-office.
