Apartments in Igalo, Montenegro, 4 stars, for up to 4 persons in peaceful location only 15 meters from the beach, just across Igalo Institute-Spa.
One is on the ground floor, and it is adjusted to wheelchair. There is a terace, facing garden.
The other one is on the first floor. there is a balcony with the sea view.
In both, kitchen, dinning area and living room are all in one, and bedroom and bathroom are separate rooms.
Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, microwave, wireless internet and parking - provided. Beautiful garden with plenty of different palm trees, magnolia and flowers. There is also a small playground for kids, garden sitting set, sun beds and BBQ. Suitable for families with children.
Smoking is allowed only outside of the apartments.
Dubrovnik airport 30 km away, Tivat airport 20 km away.

Inside the property
In bedrooms there are queen beds. In the living room there are sofa beds that are pulled out to the size of double beds.
They are fully equipped.
Outside the property
Private garden of 800 sq. m., with sitting sets, sun beds, small kids' playground, BBQ, parking. It exits directly to the promenade, 7 km long promenade along the Herceg Novi coast, with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes on its way.
On the opposite side the garden faces the Igalo Institute, where you may use its services (therapies, beauty and sports center with swimming pool and sauna)
About the local area
Herceg Novi is more than 600 yrs old town, at the entrance to Boka Kotorska Bay. Old towers, clock tower, churches, Savina Monastery, plenty of greenery and flowers, mild climate, clean and warm sea, quite and friendly citizens, make it very attractive and enjoyable.
Along the coast, there is a 6 km long promenade, with cafes, restaurants and shops along. Surrounded by smoothly hills and mountains, it is even more seductive to nature lovers.
Several festivals take place every year. Among them the most famous is Mimosa festival, taking place in January and February, dedicated to the beautiful mimosa flower, which covers hills in Kumbor and Djenovici (smaller places along Herceg Novi coast).
It also very well known for its Igalo Institute, which offers medical treatments to domestic as well as to foreign patients for more than 60 years. It is especially successful in treating rheumatic, cardiac, neurological, respiratory problems, as well as children rehabilitation.
It is located between other two world famous old cities, Kotor which is under UNESCO protection, and Dubrovnik.
